The journey of DDC started in 2019 with a dream to bring quality data consultancy services to the industry which suffered a lot from mediocrity. With a combined experience of over a century in data, the leadership team had a common vision of approaching customer's problems as their own.

Having three decades of experience in leadership roles with global systems integrators and consultancies, Saikat helps with the strategic decisions in DDC. He has significant experience helping enterprises develop strategic data programs across varied domains. Away from work, Saikat is a big cricket enthusiast and still believes he can make it as an artist one day.

As a Principal Consultant, Charles leads high-performing teams to consult on and implement Master Data Management, Data Governance, and Advisory projects. With 28 years of diverse experience across Energy, Retail and Distribution, CPG, Automotive, Industrial, and Aerospace sectors, he brings deep expertise. Away from work, Charles is a big sports and music enthusiast.

Sam joined DDC as an Operations Director in 2022. She holds a double Master's in Statistics and Economics. Her background in Data Protection and Data Privacy made her transition to DDC perfectly timed. Outside work, Sam enjoys spending time with family and friends, walking, and recently reconnecting with her childhood love of Indian Classical Dance.

Subrata joins us as our Sales and Marketing Director. Leading our growth agenda, he brings 25 years of sales and marketing leadership with expertise in Data and Analytics. He oversees all customer-facing activity and customer success. Outside work, you'll find him climbing mountains, walking in the hills, and camping in all weathers.
